CBE $2 Billion CBE Spending Goal for FY 2027

Mayor Bowser has committed to $1.5 Billion being spent with DC Certified Business Enterprises in fiscal year 2026. Vincent Orange states

“ if elected Mayor, my administration will spend $2.0 Billion with CBEs in fiscal year 2027.”

  • Vincent Orange is the Godfather of Certified Business Enterprises, taking zero spending with CBEs in 1998 to $481 Million in 2005.
